Vanessa has over 10 years of engagement and behaviour change expertise, coaching experience and training design & delivery skills. Vanessa has previously provided self-management training and change management consultation in a two-year project for the Chronic Disease Self- Management team. This project involved hundreds of staff, teams in various locations and health contexts and many management teams at various stages of readiness to adapt to change.
Some of Vanessa’s key strengths are relationship building, engagement of key stakeholders and ‘rolling with resistance’ from participants in order to overcome resistance to the organisational change.
